Ongoing Building Architect (since 1998) including tenant planning for HDC Partners at the Buhl Building and Brewery Park Buildings, Detroit. Responsible for tenant space planning, construction documents and interior design for numerous tenants including US Federal Courts, SMART, Crain’s Communications, Williams Acosta Law Offices, Chapter 13 US Court Offices, Berry Moorman Law Offices, GM R*Works, GM Eventworks, Detroit Area Agency on Aging (DAAA), Sigma Engineering, Parsons Brinckeroff, US Census Bureau and many other professional and corporate firms and agencies totaling over 850,000 square feet.
Raymond James & Associates:
Interior architecture and consultation services for the Raymond James & Associates offices in several locations including Birmingham (17,000 SF), Midland, East Lansing, Saginaw, Novi and Chelsea, MI, and Marion and Bloomington, IN. Projects featuring open area and private office planning consultation, construction documentation, custom millwork and construction administrative services.
Programming, tenant space planning, design and interior architecture services for new headquarter offices for SEMCOG (Southeast Michigan Council of Governments) at the Buhl Building in downtown Detroit; including custom millwork design, furniture consultation/coordination, and construction documentation (33,000 SF).
Interior architecture services (in conjunction with local furniture dealer) for the conversion of an existing two-story furniture store to a new corporate facility for Cadence Innovation, a tier-one automotive supplier in Troy, including coordination with developer and contractors during a “fast-track” construction schedule (approximately 85,000 SF) in which all budget and schedule targets and dates were met.
Couzens Lansky Fealk Ellis Attorneys:
Design of law offices in a new office building for Couzens Lansky Fealk Ellis Attorneys in Farmington Hills. Development of design concept including colors, finish materials, details and custom millwork; consultation for the selection and coordination of new furniture and lighting design (22,000 SF).
The Miller Law Firm:
On-going architecture and planning services for The Miller Law Firm in Rochester. For original project provided interior architecture services and custom millwork detailing (10,400 SF). Subsequent projects included: first floor Health Club, first floor satellite office and modifications to existing offices.
BBYO Bittker Conference Center:
Design, architecture, engineering and construction administrative services for a new ground-up 6,000 SF conference center for B’nai B’rith Youth Organization and Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit, in Brandon Township, MI. This facility which provides over-night accommodations includes a full-service kosher kitchen and re-configurable multi-purpose room. Services included interior and lighting design and custom cabinetry.
